 SWOT Self Description for CV

Strengths:

I have developed a lot of various different skills over this current coarse that i'm on for Long Road collage. most of which i think are useful for the occupation and area of work that i plan and to work in for the future, 2D animation. and some others that i don't think so much from.

The things that i feel like i've learnt the most from is how to navigate various different programs and softwares that i needed to use to edit some of the films and projects that i needed to make for most of the tasks for the sessions at this collage. like most of the abode programs, like Premier Pro, which i found useful for compiling films, and adding small edits to them.

And After Effects, which i found useful to make very complicated and detailed special effects for films, more so than from the Premier program. 

one last i learnt to use in this project was the Animate program, which i planned to focus my most attention onto, as its the program i planned to use the most for making my animations. But i found that it was the program that i spent the least amount of time on, as i was only able to use it for my last project that i was tasked with for this course, before this task. but i also feel like i have some related experience for this application, as i worked on 2D animation before in my spare time as a hobby, which i used another animation program (a free version, as i didn't want to spend money on it) to animate with. which has some relative similarities with features and layouts. so i feel like my experience with this can be brushed off on using this app.

i feel like i can incorporate my skills with all these programs for creating a higher quality animation film. by first making an animated film on the Animate program, but then importing it into the other programs to implement other features and effects to it that i wouldn't be able to just working solely on the one program. 

Weaknesses:

the main things that i would like to improve on, as i have some experience on the programs that i discussed above, but i feel like i don't have enough of them to create higher quality animation films and video's. 

which is why i plan to continue on with this current course that i'm on at the minute at this Long Road collage, and then after go to a University in the future, all to learn and improve on my skills of animating and navigating the different programs that are presented to me, as well as my basic animation skills. all before actually applying for a paying job, from which i plan to create good quality animations and films that will be worth watching by the audience.

Opportunities: 

CV Template Examples

i chose a couple of examples of CV template that i thought looked goods quality that i wanted to replicate for my personal CV which i plan to make in the next task. i also chose these specific ones for their unique design layout (which reflects the occupation that they are tying to apply for) which i chose as i thought they would represent the theme of my occupation that i wanted to choose, with 2D animation.

i also decided to choose this example, not for the design, but for the layout of the information and text on the page, which i liked the look of as it all looked very informative. 

for the designs that i chose before the CV above (the ones with the more creative designs on them), there are multiple different reasons i chose them, based on their design quality and layout. 

the main reason i chose this one was that it stood out to me the most when i was searching through these examples. with its extremely unique style and layout, which was reflecting the theme of the creators occupation for this CV, which was to be a comic book designer, which i really liked. 

but i don't think that i will replicate this style for my CV, as it's not exactly the same sort of occupation, and wont make sense.

i liked the look of these designs more so for the same sorts of qualities. for the creative layout and design of the graphics on the one of them. but i also liked the layout of the other CV for its slightly more civil and simple design, compared to the other one. which i liked the look of more, with the implication of the simple looking graphic pictures on. all of which i plan to primarily take inspiration from and replicate for my CV.
